1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note, certain custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@shapesworkshop.co.za with your order number and details of the product.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@shapesworkshop.co.za.
4. Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom-made products
- Personalized items
- Sale items
5. Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
